Jacob has over 12 years of experience in customer operations, project management, and leadership with a focus on maximizing operational efficiency, organizational design, and strategic leadership, enabling him and his team to create industry-leading, concierge-level customer support onboarding experiences for Finexio's clients.
Before joining the Finexio team, Jacob led implementations and client success teams at DIGARC, an academic catalog and curriculum management software for higher education. Jacob also worked as a Customer Success Manager at Qgiv, a software platform for nonprofit organizations.
Jacob holds a B.S. degree in Business Information Systems from Saint Leo University and is currently pursuing an MBA from Florida Southern College.
