May 2026 Release

May brought several improvements to the Customer Portal and to the documents and emails your suppliers receive.

Blocked Electronic Enrollments

Purpose

The “Delayed Virtual Card Enrollments” report in the Customer Portal is now “Blocked Electronic Enrollments” and shows every type of enrollment delay, including Virtual Card, Finexio Express, ACH, and suppliers that need identification. New filters let you sort by delay type and spend.

Benefit

You can see exactly which suppliers are held up, why, and which ones matter most by spend, so you can help move them to electronic payment.

Credit Memos on Remittance Receipts

Purpose

Remittance receipts now clearly label credit memos and show them as deductions.

Benefit

The totals on a remittance receipt now match the payment amount, making reconciliation easier for your suppliers.

Supplier Names with Ampersands

Purpose

Supplier names containing an ampersand (&), such as “A&B Co.”, are now accepted in the Portal, in payment file uploads, and through the API.

Benefit

Supplier names in Finexio can match your ERP exactly. If you previously entered a workaround name such as “G and G”, you can now update it.

Check Payment Confirmation Emails

Purpose

Suppliers paid by check who have a remittance email on file once again receive an email when their check is issued, including an expected delivery timeframe.

Benefit

Suppliers know a check is on the way, which reduces “where is my payment?” inquiries.

We are thankful for your feedback and value our partners’ insights as we continue to improve our platform. If you have any questions about these releases, please reach out to Finexio Support or your partner success manager.
