Bill is a seasoned executive who brings extensive legal, payments, cyber crime, technology and consulting experience to leading Finexio’s global sales, business development and partnership teams.

Prior to Finexio Bill lead highly successful global sales and business development teams at multiple unicorn startups, as well as large companies, including LexisNexis, Change Healthcare, SambaNova Systems and MarkLogic. Bill was also a Principal at Booz Allen.

Bill was a partner at the law firm of Post and Schell, as well the Deputy Chief of Economic and Cyber Crime at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. Bill holds a B.A. from the University  of Maryland, M.A. from Temple University and a J.D. from Villanova Law School.
