How much does this cost?

In exchange for getting paid faster you agree to a 2% discount on the total cost of your invoice. This fee is in line with credit card fees but with the additional benefit that you get paid for the goods that you have provided or services delivered much earlier.


Do I need to change the way I submit my invoice?

No, you are being offered the opportunity to get paid faster because you submit your invoices electronically today. This allows your customer to process them faster and for you to be paid faster. Just continue to submit your invoices in the same way.


How will I get paid?

All payments are made electronically directly into your bank account meaning the end of paper checks and the cost of processing them.


Does this affect my credit rating?

No, this has no impact on your credit rating. This is simply a way for you to get paid faster in exchange for a reasonable discount.


What if I’m already factoring my receivables?

If you are already factoring your receivables you should check with your financial advisor before participating in this program.


How do I get started?

What happens if there is a dispute on one of my invoices?

If one of your invoices is disputed and cannot be approved it will be exempted from the early payment program and will be paid in full at invoice maturity.


What happens if my customer does not approve an invoice within ten days?

In participating in this program your customer is committing to review and approve invoices inside ten days from receipt of invoice. If for whatever reason they cannot meet that deadline you will be paid the full invoice amount on approved invoices at invoice maturity.


When does the invoice ‘clock’ start ticking?

The OnDemand payment program commits to pay you within ten days of receipt of invoice. It has to be this way as your customer accepts responsibility for processing the invoice once they receive it, not when it is sent.


How do I reconcile my original invoice with the discounted payment?

We will email you payment confirmation for every invoice that has been paid within ten days as part of the OnDemand payment program. This will include a line item clearly showing the discounted amount.
