Cheri leads the Account Management team at Finexio, working to build strategic foundations and strengthen partnerships with our valued customers to maximize value and efficiency across the platform and through services.
Prior to joining Finexio, Cheri spent over25 years in high tech leadership roles with PGI, Oildex, and Quantum. Working within Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, Cheri built Account Management processes; trained, coached, and mentored teams; implemented Customer Success playbooks; orchestrated voice of the customer initiatives, and managed cross-functional efforts for the ultimate benefit of the customer. In addition to her high-tech leadership roles, Cheri also ran a Customer Success consulting practice, served on a CSM Executive Roundtable, and has been along-standing member of SAMA (Strategic Account Management Association). Cheri brings a wealth of knowledge and experience working with AP teams, having worked with two separate procure to pay platforms in both Healthcare and Energy.
Cheri earned a BSBA from Kennedy-Western University.
