Progress Update

Today, our customer-facing portal and internal company portal operate as two separate platforms. Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard to combine these into a single platform that serves all audiences.

This change will allow us to expand self-service functionality for our customers by leveraging tools that already exist in our internal portal. Our goal is to deliver these enhancements with minimal impact to your current experience.

This release marks a big step forward toward that goal. We are now in the testing phase to ensure the functionality works smoothly, and we’re developing new user guides and training materials to share with you ahead of launch.

This includes:

  • Easier Invoice Upload Access – Streamlined navigation lets you get to the Invoice Uploader faster, with a direct menu link for users who have permission.
  • Improved Supplier Screens – Reorganized layout for a cleaner, more intuitive experience, with logical field grouping and mobile-friendly design.
  • Granular Supplier Permissions – New permission settings give admins more control, including view-only and restricted access for sensitive supplier information.
  • Better Supplier Grid – Payment method details are easier to find and understand in the supplier list view.
  • Simplified Change History – Change history now focuses on the updates that matter most to you, such as name, address, payment method, and banking info, while hiding system-only updates.

Canadian Check & Card by Mail Printing

Canadian Check Mailing

You can now mail checks directly to Canadian suppliers!

  • No additional mailing costs.
  • No changes needed to your current process.
  • Look for more details in an upcoming announcement from your account manager and in our newsletter.

Improved Card by Mail Printing

  • Care Of Support – Card by Mail now supports “C/O” (Care Of) information as part of the supplier address for more accurate delivery.
  • Attachment Pre-Check – All PDF attachments are automatically checked before printing to ensure they meet letter-size and formatting requirements, helping prevent printing issues.

Operational Improvements

We’ve made several improvements to help our Payment Operations team support you more efficiently.

A new “Show Errors Only” filter on the Funding Request screen allows our team to quickly identify and address funding issues.

Payments can now be filtered by date range, making research and reporting faster. In addition, we’ve replaced the Zendesk help widget with a Jotform-powered tool that connects directly to Payment Operations, enabling quicker response times and more direct support.
