Enhancements to our Portal Experience
We are working hard to improve our customer portal and unify our platforms, and continue to develop and test this internally before full release to you. Here are the latest enhancements:
Improved Supplier Management Screen
- Buyers and partners can now view and edit supplier details in a more streamlined Portal interface.
- The updates make it easier to review and update supplier information, improving accuracy and reducing friction in managing supplier records. Especially when managing multiple buyer-supplier relationships.
Simplified Menu Permissions
- Admin Portal users now have clearer navigation and permissions for accessing portal features.
- This will allow for more granular permissions, enabling you to limit access to just the features and capabilities your users need.
Card by Mail
Streamlined Opt-Out and Upgrade Experience
We’ve simplified the way suppliers manage their card program preferences with a single, intuitive landing page.
This update makes it easier and faster for suppliers to opt out of receiving card payments or upgrade their delivery method to email.
New Print Provider
We have successfully transitioned all check printing capabilities over to our new print provider.
We are currently working on our Card by Mail integration and continually improving our check process as we identify opportunities for improvement.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with an improved experience and enhance our system.
Address Accuracy in CBM Index File
- The Card by Mail (CBM) index file now includes supplier addresses, improving alignment between payment data and mailed cards.
- This helps ensure accuracy when processing and mailing payments.
Cleaner File Delivery
- Our system has been improved in how we deliver card mailers to the print vendor. This ensures cards are monitored the full print delivery process.
